The terms that govern use of this website and, at a high level, our renovation oversight and advisory services.
Last updated: August 2026
By using this website, submitting a form, or booking a call with BridgePoint Israel, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. These terms cover the website itself; the specific scope, fees, and obligations for renovation oversight or advisory work are set out separately in a signed engagement agreement before any paid work begins.
This site describes BridgePoint Israel's renovation management and oversight services for property owners abroad, and our contractor quote review — where we review a quote you send us and can get you competing bids for it. Nothing on this site is a binding offer of services — an engagement begins only once we've discussed your property and scope, and both sides have signed an agreement.
The quote review is provided as described on this site: we review the quote you send us and can get you competing bids for it. It reflects our assessment based on current Jerusalem market rates and the information you provide; it is not a guarantee of final project cost, and actual pricing can vary based on factors that only become clear once a project is underway.
Renovation timelines, costs, and outcomes referenced on this site (including savings percentages and figures from past or current mandates) reflect specific projects and are not a guarantee of results for any future engagement. Every property and scope is different.
You're responsible for the accuracy of information you submit through our forms or in conversation with us, including property details, contractor quotes, and project scope. Our advice and any quote review are only as accurate as the information provided.
We introduce owners to vetted designers, contractors, and other professionals. While we personally vet or have direct experience with everyone we recommend, each professional is independently responsible for their own work, licensing, and contractual obligations. Any contract for renovation work is between the owner and that professional (or coordinated on the owner's behalf under a separate BridgePoint Israel engagement agreement), not with BridgePoint Israel directly, unless otherwise specified in writing.
The text, images, and design of this website belong to BridgePoint Israel and may not be copied or reused without permission.
This website and the information on it are provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, BridgePoint Israel isn't liable for decisions made solely on the basis of general information published on this site — specific advice for your property is provided only under a signed engagement.
We may update these terms as our services or this website change. The date at the top reflects the most recent update.
