Frequently Asked Questions

Jerusalem renovation management — FAQs for owners abroad.

What do you need in order to review my quote?

The quote itself (Hebrew or English, PDF or clear photos), the apartment's size and neighborhood, and the plans if you have them. You'll get a marked-up copy back within three business days.

How are you paid, if not through commissions from providers?

A fixed monthly fee, scaled to your apartment's size and how hands-on you'd like us to be — agreed upfront, before any work begins.

What happens if a provider's work isn't done correctly?

Every provider is personally vetted or highly recommended. Nothing is signed off until our supervisor confirms the work — and contracts include a liability period.

How do you vet the professionals in your network?

Every name has been personally met and tested on active projects — never a purchased list. We track who delivers and who's reasonably priced.

How long does a typical renovation take, start to finish?

It depends on size, demolition scope, and finish sophistication. As a reference, a 150m² high-end full renovation typically runs 6-9 months.

Do I need to be in Israel at any point during the renovation?

No. You'll get weekly, sometimes daily updates. We handle urgent decisions and changes directly with the designer — you needn't be on-site.

What do you need from me to get started?

First, your property details and project scope — that sets the fee. Then a signed agreement and approved designer's plans, and we begin.

I'm thinking of buying an apartment in Jerusalem — can you help?

Yes — we're glad to speak with anyone considering a purchase, and can introduce trusted lawyers, brokers, or mortgage brokers. Schedule a call.
