Who we are

BridgePoint Israel manages renovations in Jerusalem on behalf of property owners abroad, and connects buyers and inheritors with trusted local professionals. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how it's used. Questions about this policy can be sent to help@bridgepointisrael.com.

Information we collect

We collect information in two ways:

• Information you provide directly — when you submit the contact form, the quote review form, or email us, we receive what you enter: your name, email, property location, project stage, and any details about your renovation or the contractor's quote you share with us.
• Information collected automatically — we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use this site: pages viewed, general location (city/country level), device type, and which links or buttons are clicked. This data is aggregated and not tied to your name unless you've also submitted a form.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, review a contractor's quote you've sent us, prepare for a scheduled call, and — if you become a client — to manage your renovation. We use analytics data to understand which pages and offers are useful to visitors, so we can improve the site. We do not sell your information to third parties, and we do not share it with contractors or service providers in our network unless you've engaged us and doing so is necessary to run bids or coordinate work on your project.

Contractor quotes you send us

If you submit a contractor's quote for our review, we use it solely to prepare the comparison — and, where relevant, the competitive bids — we send back to you. We don't forward it to the contractor who issued it, or to any third party, without your permission.

Third-party tools we use

• Google Analytics — website usage analytics.
• Google Calendar — for scheduling calls, if you book a time through our scheduling page.
• Tally — to collect quote-review submissions.
• Vimeo — to host the founder introduction video embedded on the homepage.

Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy in addition to this one.

How long we keep information

We retain inquiry and client information for as long as needed to respond to you, deliver services, and meet reasonable business and legal record-keeping needs. You can ask us to delete information we hold about you at any time by emailing help@bridgepointisrael.com.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion, by emailing us. If you no longer wish to be contacted, let us know and we'll stop.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or our services change. The date at the top will reflect the most recent update.
