My experience with Aryeh Rapaport of BridgePoint has been superb. Aryeh was instrumental in helping me buildout my Jerusalem apartment on time, with excellent quality and at a competitive price. Aryeh initially brought 4–5 general contractor bids to the table. However, to further reduce costs, we ultimately decided to work directly with subcontractors — considering at least three competitive bids for each phase of the project, including demolition, electrical, plumbing, sheetrock, flooring, and other trades, from qualified, referred, and vetted contractors.

Once the contractors were selected, Aryeh strategically coordinated the schedule for each subcontractor and led the various teams to work together according to plan. His management and attention to detail helped ensure that the project progressed efficiently and with a high level of precision. All payments were properly documented and requested by BridgePoint only upon completion of contractual milestones, which were visually reviewed and confirmed by management. This gave me a great deal of confidence and transparency throughout the project.

While I was residing in New York, BridgePoint coordinated all the many aspects of the build-out, including legal permits, contractor management, scheduling, and quality control. They delivered my apartment on budget, on time, with excellent quality and minimal change orders. I couldn't have done it without Aryeh and the BridgePoint team.
